    Maybe, depending on which Block preparer you get, but if you had a business you’d be better off seeing a CPA or Enrolled Agent.

    If you were working all that time as an employee with a W-2, it isn’t real complicated, and any competent preparer can probably help you.

    H&R Block and its competitors handle simple returns. If your affairs are more complicated, you will need a higher level of assistance. If you have no records, it may be possible to reconstruct them.
