Im Having tax refund issues but why?

you probably accidently left something off or put something on it wrong. it probably will take a couple of extra weeks

Your return probably shows either EIC, the Rebate Recovery or a request for the $7500 FTHB credit.
If you are self-employed and requested EIC and/or claimed EIC with children that are not biologically yours….
Or you got married and then filed as single or head of household…
